Diagnostic Medical Sonography, AAS
Overview
The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is designed for enrolled Washburn University sonography students or graduates who have completed one of the Washburn University diagnostic medical sonography certificate programs. Earning the AAS degree can offer graduates potential career advancement, increased salary potential, and job flexibility.
Admission
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Associate of Applied Science degree is available only to students who have completed a DMS certificate at Washburn University. Please refer to the admission criteria located in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Certificate section of the catalog.
Degree Requirements
In addition to the requirements stated below, students must complete all requirements for an Associate of Applied Science degree. Completion of the courses below will fulfill the general education requirements for the degree. Please see your advisor for more information.
